You agree to notify kee999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. kee999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or your failure to promptly report unauthorised activity.

If a payment is initiated in a different currency, the conversion will be handled by the relevant payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. kee999 is not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by third-party processors.
Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability. kee999 reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable or where anti-money-laundering considerations require it.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
kee999 targets processing of all verified withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; kee999 is not liable for processing delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
kee999 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not yet completed the KYC process are strongly advised to do so before requesting their first withdrawal to avoid delays.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed identity verification.
kee999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) kee999 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) the Account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18; (d) regulatory requirements or court orders require it; or (e) kee999 ceases operations.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, kee999 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds. In all other cases of Account closure, Real Money Funds will be returned as described in Section 14.1 above.
